Handyman - Wholesale Specials

Want a property with good bones but want to personalize features and looks created by yourself? Then the handyman special properties are for you.  These properties sell for a lower price point than what you would normally find on the market so you can spend money on items that will add real value and help you gain immediate equity.  Purchase for your own living enjoyment, income producing property, or simply flip and resell.

 

Rent to Own

Don't have strong enough credit or 20-25% downpayment that the bank requires to buy a property but you want to own?  Consider our rent to own option.  If you're ready to buy the home of your dreams, but your credit or savings isn't quite ready yet, a lease with option to buy may help you move in.

 

Lease options, in which you lease (rent) a property and have the option to buy the property at the end of the lease term, can allow you to control a property that you want even if you don't have enough money for a down payment yet. A lease option may also be helpful if you need some time to improve your situation/credit before you take more conventional routes.

 

Creative Financing 

What is creative financing you may ask?  To simply put it, it is non-traditional ways of finacing real estate purchases.  Also commonly known as "NOT" dealing with banks.   some of our best deals are available with creative financing options.
